Right to Privacy...can someone help??

Can anyone help me??

I live in Clifton, NJ and I deal with a manager who is abusive and arrogant. Recently, I found him in my apt. without prior notice to fix a hole in my ceiling that's been there for a month. We told him to fix it by 8/13. When I came home, as I turned the key, someone said "wait a minute" and I felt completely violated that he was here with 2 strange men. I should have had sufficient notice prior to him coming there. He came the following day to fix. I signed a civil complaint of tresspassing. He threatened me on 8/25 to drop the tresspassing charges. Today 8/26 I received a letter from his lawyer telling the charges are false & if I don't drop the complaint, he'll charge me.
