Well, at least it's not a NO MONEY DOWN deal.

: As we head towards the new millennium, the economy is strong and profitable. However, a small percentage of us are not financially sound and are facing bankruptcy or foreclosure. With this in mind, I offer CASH for the right condo with the right location in New York City. I am looking for a 2+ Bedroom, 1300+ sq.ft. condominium in either East or Westside. I will pay in CASH, based on CMAs and not current market value. The property is for my family and not investment purposes. I will rent the condo for immediate occupancy by October 1st, 1999 and will pay cash as soon as the property title is consummated via the attorneys.
