If you ,your roommate ,and the
manager signed the lease and
dated it ,and it states that you
can as of Sept 1 1999 move in!
Then thats all that matters!!If
the manager obstructs you from
entering your place ..Then call
either a cop or a lawyer and
have them let you in..Also about
that money don't do anything
unless it's in writing on the
original lease or you will get
screwed becuase thats their JOB!
