Two more practical suggestions:

Use Clorex Gel (or another brand of bleach gel), apply thickly, leave on for awhile (leave the house, if necessary (fumes)). This will kill more of it.

It is not easy, especially for women, to live in the same building with people who hate your guts. And, the LL will probably do that & refuse to renew her lease, too, if you report this. Use the suggestions for communicating & effective complaint-letter writing on TenantNet first.
