why not send him a letter today certified mail return reciept, so he has
to sign for it stating you will leave oct 1,1999

You told him Oct 1....so its his problem
mail the letter today, make a copy,

I think he just wants to piss you off so that you will move out on Sept
1st, and leave him the security deposit! dirty sneaky bastard!

And anyway I verbably told the landlore I was moving out By October1'st and He called me today and told me he had someone who wanted to rent the Apartment for September first I was just wondering if anyone had any I dea if I had to move out by September first or if I could stay till when I told hiom we were going to be out by. I know I told him october first and he says he did not want to argue with me and that I have to be out by September first . This whol conversation took place over the phon.Since ther is nothing in writing I was wondering if he can makle me leave by September 1'st. Thanks for taking the time to read thi posting and Hopefuly someone will have an answer for me out there. Thanks again
