mail the letter today, make a copy,
I think he just wants to piss you off so that you will move out on Sept

And anyway I verbably told the landlore I was moving out By October1'st and He called me today and told me he had someone who wanted to rent the Apartment for September first I was just wondering if anyone had any I dea if I had to move out by September first or if I could stay till when I told hiom we were going to be out by. I know I told him october first and he says he did not want to argue with me and that I have to be out by September first . This whol conversation took place over the phon.Since ther is nothing in writing I was wondering if he can makle me leave by September 1'st.
