My son has moved into a 4-bedroom house with two other people who's names
are on the lease. (My son's is not on the lease.) His room is $250/month
and they are asking for a $300 deposit. What are his legal rights in getting
his deposit refunded? What are the rights of a "renter of a renter"? Should
we go to a real estate lawyer and have a special clause written up for the
"leasee's" to sign? He lives in Cincinnati, Ohio. We just need some advice
from someone who knows more about this than us.
