When I signed my lease a year and a half ago
it said that I could have 2 cats and a dog.
Well, now I have a puppy and the landlord is
throwing fits. He says that he's going to be
sending over a cease and desist order. What is
that and does he have any grounds to make me get
rid of my dog when it's in my lease to have
one???
