We all want to thank you for all your help, you know the law a lot better then I do.

So what i try and do is ask the DUH questions..........

If he causes a fire, then wants his security back...my girl friend hasn't laughed so hard since I dont know when.

Or if you are going to sublet to two different people for a year, and you know the LL wants you out so he can raise the rent and you have you non refundable ticket for August 2000 already paid for in your hands, how would a judge say no?

So it may be a little crude, but its practical..

Ok my website will probably be back next week, but without my lawsuit....

So we did ok (girlfriend going to school for website production).....we had to move but to a much bigger and nicer place and $250 a month less,
but its not Manhattan.....ohhhhhh.......and I have my car parked outside instead of paying a garage.
