I leased a vacant apartment in NYC. I've gotten the run around from
the landlord and his super. Does anyone know the responsibilities of
the landlord with respect to preparing a vacant apartment, specifically,
cleaning and painting? A reference to a NY City or State law would be
greatly appreciated.
