When we were looking for an apt. in TX several property management people told us that under state law, they have to repaint all rooms and have all carpeting cleaned in between tenants. Our landlady never had our apt. painted before we moved in. We're getting ready to move out in a few weeks and she's not going to paint it for the people who are moving in after us either. Any suggestions?
