Hold your horses.

It's summer. People do go on vacation.
The attorneys give priority to their clients.
We don't make money on this site (it costs us, so donations would be appreciated).
We had a computer crash and had to replace a motherboard and hard drive (another reason why donations would be nice).
We're trying to catch up on this and our other sites.
We're in the midst of litigating a major case with Giuliani (that does take a few minutes).
Our ISP is virtually donating the space for the site and humungous data transfer (donations to them are also appreciated).
We're in the midst of DHCR hearings for our building (another few minutes).
If you notice, June is up-to-date.

: The Housing Court Decisions on TenantNet have not been posted for three of the last four weeks, and another week will be ending today (Friday, July 23rd). I appreciate that Collen and Linda do these summaries voluntarily and without any direct compensation, but many people in this Forum rely on these summaries to keep up to date.
: This is particularly important for decisions not available online from the New York Law Journal, especially Appellate Term decisions, which are not covered online by the NYLJ. Several of us are interested in three anti-tenant decisions from the Appellate Term in the Second Department about the FDCPA, time limits on challenging rent registrations, and the rent on an unregistered rent stabilized apartment that was formerly rent controlled.
