You lived there 21 days in July? the rent due might be pro-rated 21/31. You said he gave you 60-days notice: did the 60-days end before he sent the 3-day notice?

Have you read the Ohio section on TenantNet Home?

You paid the utilities in a single-family house, did your lease specify that? Sometimes the lease does, sometimes it is just understood to be local practice. The important thing would be to make sure you have terminated your accounts with all the utility companies.
