OYE..Thats a good one..0F course He cant do that but what the heck
he'll make your life miserable and will cost you $$ to get a lawyer and when he goes to court he will be trying to make NEW LAW.
The $175000 cap is for Individuals(couples).. not roomates.........So get a Lawyer...

: My landlord is attempting to deregulate my apartment. We originally had four people living there
: and on the lease. Two people left but only one was removed by the landlord on the lease. Every time
