Belated Thanks/ Inspection Card Mystery

I just wanted to thank Anna for her response to my question.
I wasn't able to return here until now. I haven't acted yet.
(Hearing was back in January.) I was hoping the info would
be online. Oh, well. I have no doubt my landlord hasn't had
to pay anything, despite re-inspection and a 2nd violation
notice. The elevator continues to break down-- sometimes
several times a day. When leaving the building, even to go
to the corner grocery, you never know if you'll have to walk
back upstairs.
The end of my last post was MIA... I had learned that several
people had the experience of opening the elevator door on the
4th floor (mine!), to find no elevator! My daughter informs
me she noticed 2 nails in the 4th floor outer door for days
after. There's no guarantee it won't happen again, but that
apparently doesen't worry inspectors who have been here...
