Mitchell-Lama Court Decision

Posted by Arun on July 10, 1999 at 15:48:09:

My building's owner recently bought out of the Mitchell Lama program and increased our rents. Some of the rents were increaed more than others and the landlord told us that some tenants were protected by DHCR, while some were not. In the notice of increase, the landlord referred to a "plan of dissolution" of the housing company and transfer of the building to a new company that was approved by the New York Supreme Courty on June 28(?), 1999.

Does anybody know how I can obtain a copy of the plan or court papers (the tenants association challenged the move, but nobody seems to have the papers) and find out what the terms of the deal were?

Thanks

Arun
