Ask for these calculations...they have to provide this to you. And while your at it ask them for a copy of the rent registration form they should this time of year for DHCR. Just got mine...

: I recently moved into a rent-stabilized apartment in Jackson Heights. It is my understanding that the Rent Stabilization lease rider that was attached to my lease was supposed to show how the landlord calculated my rent, but it doesn't. The section where the calculations are supposed to be filled in is blank. Does anyone know the law on this? Thanks.
