ECB Elevator Hearing Decision?

Does anyone know if it's possible to find out what happened
at a Bronx Environmental Control Board Hearing scheduled for
1/8/99?
My landlord received a Notice of Violation (Failure to Maintain) re our building elevator in November, '98, then a
2nd Notice when corrections weren't made. According to the
papers, which I copied, a Hearing was scheduled for 1/8/99.
Nothing had been done by that date. Since then, our slumlord
has had his inept crew of workers bungle the job in a variety
of ways, as is the case with any work that he's forced to do,
or work that will result in more money for him, more often
than not illegal in some way. Naturally, the elevator has
worked only on-and-off since then, but I have no doubt that
the landlord filed a Certificate of Correction claiming
complete compliance. (His own office workers believed all
violations had been corrected, until they began receiving
calls from tenants.)
