How about making sure the house wont be sold while you are living there, or if it is that you will be allowed to stay untill the end of the lease..

: I will be signing a rental agreement on Friday on a house. I can't find any info anywhere on the internet. This board is the only thing I've found so far. I'd like some suggestions on what to ask about the house, what to look for, etc., before signing the agreement. I already know about the regular stuff - are pets allowed, what utilities are covered, etc. Everything that is on the actual rental agreement I already know about.
