You won't have access to the premises you want inspected without
a city official there, like an inspector. See if you can make a
complaint to the buildings department, that the inspector was incorrect
so they will come back. Do it soon before your case is decided.
Ask the judge in the case for an inspection and bring your own
appraiser on that date possibly, look at the NYLJ ads for people who
testify for court hearings for direction to who can help determine
what you want. I assume that landlords don't want buildings dept.
inspectors to rule against them, that could have some influence.
