While I gave an application for to rent an apartment, apartment owner check my credit history and they informed me
that I don't have proper credit history. I assumed it may be ok! so I gave them $925 advance one month rent + $925 security deposit and following month rent $925. After that I come to know that I have proper credit history
Now How can I sue my apartment owner to get my one month rent advance back ($925) in California.
