I applied for apartment to rent and first time they rejected my
application saying that I don't have sufficient credit history.
They asked one month advance rent ($925) + Security Deposit ($525) and one month rent on first day when I moved in apartment with this condition they approved my application.

Meantime before I moved in apartment I added my fiancee name in list and she has sufficient credit history. So I asked them my one month deposit back. Before moving I refuse to sign the contract specifying one month adavance rent which can be only return to me once I vacant apartment.

Is there any way that help me to get my one month deposit back. They are warning me that if I am not signing any contract then they can ask me to move out of apartment?

Please help me I am in big pain.
