Thanks for the advise about MDL. section 27-2098 a2 states about corporations being listed but not partnerships.
Are Assignees, in this case the realty co allowed to be owner on the MDR, it is not listed on the deed?
The managing agent is one of the partners and no site manager is listed. HPD said a site manager isn't necessary.
