From the New York Law Journal, June 10, 1999:

Housing Court Judge Walter B. Strauss has ordered the jailing of two Brooklyn landlords for failing to comply with court orders requiring them to provide heat and hot water last winter and to make other repairs, according to Richard T. Roberts, commissioner of the City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, which prosecuted both cases. Peter Suckragh is currently serving a nine-month jail term, and a warrant has been issued for the arrest of Delroy Anderson, whose whereabouts are unknown, Mr. Roberts said.
