I'm not sure but if so, you might need to act quickly: I'm guessing that you're going pro se this time: partial abatement on one month's rent won't cover the lawyer's fee. Did you also file an HP Action?

You can go to Housing Court tomorrow evening: the pro se attorney can help you file an amended answer, if necessary (open til 7:00 but you should get there as early as possible to get on the list).
