Six individuals listed on deed of multiple dwelling as tenants in common as owner. On Multiple Dwelling registration, the owner is listed as a realty company not listed on the deed with two partners. These two names as partners of the realty company on the MDR appear also on the deed but the realty company is not on the deed. Is this a legal MDR registration, since realty co on MDR isn't on the deed but two of the partners are listed as tenants in common on the deed with four other names?
