If you move from a rent stabilized apt, you will never be able to afford
living in NYC ever again!

Come be realistic, he can rent the apt in 2 hours...and at 20% more then
what you are paying, so leave, dont pay the last months rent...

and say goodbye to New York forever.....unless you come back here with a
job that pays $75,000 a year +.
