Change one lock

In NJ there are no statutes about this in either direction...which means you both need to come to some kind of written agreement or it needs to be stipulated on you lease...


: We live in a condo in Northern New Jersey. Our landlady and her secretaries in her office never give us ample notice when they are going to show the condo, even though we have asked for 24-hour notice. While we were away last Wednesday, we turned off the answering machine and had a neighbor watch the condo to see if anyone entered. The landlady came into our apartment twice on Wednesday without notice. Somehow, this does not seem legal at all, and I am very annoyed. How do I approach her? Thanks
