: v. Nishioka, in which Manhattan Housing Court
: Judge Kramer further weakened a Brooklyn housing
: court decision, Paikoff v. Harris, 679 N.Y.S.2d
: 251 (Civ. Ct. Kings Co. 1998).

: The Paikoff decision gave the right of a lease
: renewal at a reasonable rent to a co-op or condo
: tenant who subleased an apartment from the
