great new streamlined format: things are easier to find... kudos!

two little notes:
/ on the flyers page: it says to 'laser printer', my ink jet worked just fine!

// in the 'Other States and areas' box:
clicked on Public Housing & got an error page: "Sorry. Page Not Found.', http://www.nlihc.org/missing.html
clicked on the 'Home' button, got to 'National Low Income Housing Coalition': http://www.nlihc.org/index.htm
