We rent a house in Suffolk county, Long Island. After a recent electrical problem, I have began to wonder if the wiring of the house is up to standard. Also, I feel that we are paying way too much rent for this house. Are there any organisations I could contact to have the wiring inspected and who could advise me if the rent is reasonable or not?
