Yes: for current info, go to your local HPD office; find it thru the Official NYC website http://www.ci.nyc.ny.us/ , 'HPD' on the agency list. You can also view all current violations for any building at those Kiosks listed on the HPD site under Community Resources.

For historic info, go to 31 ChambersSt, Manhattan: first read about it on their webpages 'Muni Ref Ctr" on the NYC site.
