I imagine your landlord will be just as happy as you are when you flee from city life.
Speaking of farcical, how about your notion that the well-to-do population of Upstate NY doesn't have its share of clueless twits! I'd like to be a fly on the wall when some unavoidable mishap like a drain clog happens in your dream home, and you realize there's no one to complain to!
