I believe that regular Small Claims Court in Manhattan meets Monday through Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at 111 Centre Street. Off hand, I don't know when and where the commercial small claims court meets. If you see so many landlord attorneys there on Thursday night, maybe that's the night for commercial cases. Claimants (plaintiffs) are limited to five cases a month in commercial small claims court.

: In Manhattan, is Commercial Small Claims Court held in the same place and at the same time as regular (people) Small Claims Court, Thursday evening, 111 Center St??? Is that why there were so many 'suits' there, including LL eviction-factory 'suits'?
