not lost, yet: exactly what happens next is what I'll be watching for:
Paikoff decision is from Kings county; Pembroke is Queens county; Manhattan is New York county...
so, yes, it looks to me that this question will need to be resolved in an appeal to a higher court so the decision will control all the various county courts.
