I have a 12 month lease on a single family home. The lease expires at the end of June and the landlord has decided to put the house on the market. However, he has not contacted us about the situation and now there is a realtors lockbox on the front door, allowing access to any realtor, without our knowledge. I am very uncomfortable with this, is there any law or addemdum that I should have had to sign to agree with allowing persons to enter whos names are not on the lease and are not in direct contact with the landlord.
