tell the @#$#$ landlord that he should have told you about this SPECIAL
TENANT and the SPECIAL PROTECTION that he has to drive you insane....
there must be a flaw in the system to allow a person, who belongs in a hospital, to be protected and allowed to disturb anyone that he pleases on a 24/7 basis........ send the landlord a certified letter advising him that you want another apartment away from this noise or you want all your money back......the apt is uninhabitable and the @#$%%% landlord is not entitled to a dime for his "failure to disclose a material fact". Had you known about this situation you and any other "normal" person would not have signed a lease...if he does not offer you another apt.....stop rent....tell it to the Judge....... good luck
