April 3 we received a three day notice, a demand for rent due for a commercial lease for a restaurant...the 19th we were in court..the twenty first the corporation and two individuals were evicted..two other individuals remained tenants because of a ch7 bankruptcy filing. The problem is the corp has a liquor license therefor we cant operate our restaurant. Can the individuals who were not evicted sub-let the premises back to the evicted corporation? I know its temporary..but could it be done to buy some time?
