I came home one day to find squirrels in my apt. I later found out they had chewed a hole in my wall and that's how they entered. I told my landlord and it was 4 days before they did anything(in the meantime, I heard other ones running around in the walls and reprted this to them). Is there any way I can use this to break my lease and not have to pay for the remaining months.
