Try your city or county website: they might have some tenant info.

Here in NYC, adjustable screens are available injust about every hardware/houseware/general merchandise store every summer. They require no installation & the tenants can take them when they move. Another option is to buy non-adjustable ones if your windows have tracks for them. The cheapest method is to make some yourself: buy screening and wood for frames: must be how-to descriptions on the web: try Home Depot, Old House Journal, This Old House, etc.
