The tenants upstairs play music very loudly throughout the day into the night. It is nerve wrecking.We personally told them nothing happened. The housing office aka super. did nothing. We complained to the cops and now they have become even more brazen. We have a year lease and we want to break the lease and move out because of this disturbance. The housing office says we have to pay them $50 more. As if paying for this harassment was not enough. How do we get out of this.
