My roommate is making noise all night, she is rude and completely oblivious to my requests not invite a different man over 3-4 nights a week after the bars close. She and he new man-friends continue drinking with him till all hours of the morning (7am is a regular ocurance for her an her guests to be up till!) I have also interrupted several times with her man-friends on my couch during "intamate moments" on my way out the door to work in the morning.
Is there any way to get out of my lease, we are both on it and I briefly spoke to the landlord about breaking the lease for these reasons.
Am I stuck with finding a sub lease or is her rude behavior grounds of me to break my half of the lease.
I DO NOT want to keep the lease I just want OUT !!!!!
I am starting to question my sanity and need to know what I can do.
I live in western New York.
