We all have a right to know with certainty who are landlord is: what if you pay these people based on that phone info only to get sued by someone else for the same rent????
If it was a deed, there would be a public record. With shares: you can try the Attorney General Office: but they probably have not filed the amendment yet (required when Unsold Shares change hands).
Any luck finding that Recording Law you mentioned?
