structural noises

Posted by LTyau on December 31, 1998 at 01:38:22:

Would "noise" disturbances that are caused when neighboring tenants don't close their kitchen/bathroom cabinet doors softly i.e. the sound of the cabinet doors closing can clearly be heard and causes the wall to vibrate, be considered a "nuisance"? Is there anything that can be done to alleviate this kind of problem?
Also, I haven't received a copy of my lease agreement. Am I not entitled to a copy of the lease?
Any information you can provide would be helpful. Thank you.
