Hello
maybe somebody could give me a good advice?
I wanted to get a puppy since my lease allows pets w/ a $150 non- refundable fee.
Now that I found a puppy my landlord changed the fee to $250 because the dog will be over 30pounds per Humaine Society.
None of this is mentioned in the lease but he adviced me that this is a discretionary paragraph and that he could just deny me to have any pet at all.
Can I insist on the written $150 fee.
