: Do you have a situation where either DHCR and/or landlord committd fraud either before DHCR adminsitrative proceeding and/or in court? Please e-mail with very specific details. Confidentiality assured.

I sort of have the same question. But, phrased somehwhat different.
I turned my landlord in for a broken front door, during
the eviction proocess I was publically givin a punch in the face
by the NYPD, sort of if you organize you will be punished like him
example. And now the door is busted again , and Housing 24 hour line, has
a new policy to get people to go away, they ask for a telephone number
of the person making the complaint asking a stupid question to offend of couse
like what they said to me "Is the door still broken?" See its all politics
technically , Housing is supposed to send over someone to fix it
if its not fixed within 2 hours by the landlord after notification.
As of today its still not fixed (5 days broken) after notifyting the
landlord twice and housing and the police.I have another question i'm sort
of wondering but I'm , assuming no one else in the building is concerned about
the front door enough to call housing police. Why? My theory id alot are
from other countries and they don't understand our laws To answer your
question the whole poilitical system is corrupt. But they use different words
to hide the corruption. Lack of funding ectera.
