My ex-landlord broke a mirror attached to a vanity of mine. I was storing
it in the basement. He admitted breaking it, but that it was located in an
"inconvenient spot," therefore he would not pay for replacing it.
I told him regardless of the location of the item he still broke it.
He refuses to pay. Also, I am missing a chair in the apt, and I do not know
how to retrieve it. The landlords are so vindictive and mean that
they could easily say that they don't have it.
Suggestions? Advice?
