: The coop apartment I own is fully paid for. The coop has a money judgment against me for attorney fees from an earlier case. The coop is now trying to auction off my apartment to satisfy this money judgment. Can they do this and leave me without my home and equity? I was told the coop can only liene, but cannot auction off my apartment to collect on the judgment. Any info will be appreciated. Time is short.......Thanks
