Look at Ferrante v. 55 Spring Street Assocs., New York Law Journal 12/15/98, 25, 2 (App. Term, 1st Dep't), and Crabtreet v. DHCR, NYLJ, Dec. 9, 1998, 26, 2 (Sup. Ct., N.Y. County). You must commnece an Article 78 within 60 days of the DHCR Order.
