you need to see a psychiatrist as soon as possible and find out why you
serve yourself up to disaster time and time again... believe me, this was not the first time that you screwed up big time right??? when you saw there
was a bar underneath you, did you expect anything less from them as you were spending $40,000 fixing up the rat hole???? you knew there would be trouble right from the start and to drop $40,000 on top of that leads me to believe that you need professional help asap...
