Actually we moved in on the 20th of December. First of all I can't figure out
why they have the lease until Dec 24th instead of 20th. But thats a done deal
since we should have noticed it at the time of signing the lease. when we moved
in last year, we paid the rent for just 12 days in december ie., 20th to
31st.
